Confirmation

All online reservation requests are subject to availability and require confirmation from our team. You will receive a confirmation email or phone call within 24 hours of submitting your request. Please ensure that the contact information provided is accurate.

Cancellation

We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25 per person.

Late Arrivals

We will hold your table for 15 minutes past your scheduled reservation time. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee your table if you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notification.

Large Parties

For parties of 9 or more guests, please contact our events coordinator, Ms. Seraphina Bellwether, directly at [email protected] to discuss your requirements. We offer customized menu options and private dining spaces to accommodate larger groups and special events. A deposit may be required for large party bookings.

Dietary Restrictions

We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. Please indicate any specific needs in the "Special Requests" section of the reservation form, or contact us directly. Our culinary team is dedicated to creating delicious and safe meals for all our guests.

Dress Code

The Gilded Spoon maintains a smart casual dress code. We kindly request that guests refrain from wearing overly casual attire, such as athletic wear, t-shirts with offensive graphics, or ripped jeans. We encourage you to dress comfortably and stylishly for your dining experience.
